Treat yourself with some time off just for yourself and you. With some good healthy food, relaxing and soothing yin yoga, meditation, breathwork, sharing circles, healing, sacred ceremonies, sound healing and dance. We hold the space for you to relax, connect with yourself and give yourself exacly that what you feel like you need right now. We set intentions in the retreat group, work together and help each other through the different processes and exercises we do together and also give each other space and silence when we feel like we need to.
